HHA Courier Services, operated by Hart Holdings ATL LLC, may collect contact information, service-request details, pickup and delivery information, website-form submissions, communication preferences, and records needed to provide requested courier services.

How information is used

Information is used to review inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and perform deliveries, provide status updates and customer support, maintain service records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Text-message information

When you voluntarily select an SMS consent checkbox, HHA Courier Services may send service-related messages concerning your inquiry, quote, booking, application, or delivery. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Information sharing

We may use service providers solely to operate our website, communications, payments, and courier workflow. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as needed for business, legal, operational, and recordkeeping purposes. Do not submit patient names, medical records, or protected health information through general website forms.

You may request correction or deletion of eligible information and may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of texts does not prevent necessary contact by another method regarding an active service request.
