After-hours pricing: Pickup or delivery scheduled between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM adds $25 or 25%, whichever is higher, to the confirmed service price. Windows that may extend into premium hours are marked.

New, Rush, STAT, and paid-pilot work: full payment may be required before dispatch.

HHA cannot accept the request: no payment is requested.
Customer-caused changes, delays, extra stops, tolls, parking, or returns may change the final invoice.
