After-hours / weekends: Available by request depending on service type and availability, especially for STAT and lab specimen requests.

If your pickup/drop is outside the normal service area, we’ll confirm availability and pricing before dispatch.
Booking Requirements
To dispatch your order, we must have:

Pickup & delivery addresses

Contact name + phone at both locations

Pickup time window (or preferred pickup time)

Delivery deadline (if any)

Pricing & Add-Ons
Your service price may increase based on:

Additional stops
-
Wait time
-
STAT / Priority service
-
After-hours / overnight / weekend service
-
Heavy / oversize items (if applicable)
We recommend selecting the correct add-ons during booking to avoid delays in dispatch.
Wait Time

First 10 minutes are included.

After 10 minutes, wait time fees apply in set time blocks (per your add-on rate).

Wait time includes delays at pickup or delivery due to loading, paperwork, or recipient unavailability.
Additional Stops

Your booking includes 1 pickup + 1 drop-off unless otherwise stated.

Extra stops must be added during checkout (or may be billed after service if unlisted).
Proof of Delivery (POD)

Photo and/or signature proof of delivery available upon request.

Medical/lab deliveries can include chain-of-custody documentation when provided by the client.
Medical / Lab / Specimen Handling

Client is responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and required paperwork.

We transport items as presented; we do not open containers.

Please note special handling needs (temperature, fragile, biohazard labeling, etc.) in the booking request.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made close to dispatch time may incur a cancellation/callout fee (or minimum service charge), especially for after-hours/STAT requests.

If the pickup or delivery location is closed/unavailable, a return/redelivery fee may apply.
Delivery Attempts / Return Trips

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, we can:

Return to sender, or
-
Re-attempt delivery

Additional charges may apply for return trips and re-deliveries.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal items or hazardous materials unless explicitly agreed to in advance with proper documentation and compliance.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at booking unless a business account has been approved.

Net terms (if offered) are available by agreement.
