PAYMENT POLICY

Know when payment is due before you submit.

For a new one-time delivery, payment is due after you approve the final quote and before pickup or dispatch. An approved advance booking may use a $25 deposit credited toward the delivery total, with the remaining balance due before service.

How to pay: Use the secure Stripe invoice or payment link sent by HHA. A business check must be approved before service.
Added charges: Customer-approved waits, added stops, tolls, parking, returns, after-hours work, or route changes may be invoiced after delivery and are due upon receipt unless written account terms apply.
Not yet booked: A quote submission does not reserve a driver or authorize dispatch. HHA confirms the price, payment requirement, and availability first.
